"Our building was severely damaged by the earthquakes of 2011, and apart from any repairs it also required a modern upgrade from its 1990’s appearance to make the building more lettable in the marketplace. Fitz Consulting came recommended to the Trustees and me as a firm to help us achieve the repair and refurbishment of 334 Manchester street.
